Pak Cleaners is not a booking platform that forwards your job to whoever answers first. We are a registered company that operates its own full time crews trained in house by master technicians. We own our German extraction machines. We follow written protocols for every fiber type. We quote a fixed price and stick to it. That foundation took years to build and continues to define everything we do.
Why we started
The company started after watching the same pattern repeat in home after home across DHA Model Town Gulberg and Bahria Town. An expensive imported sofa was handed to someone with a bucket of laundry powder and a hard brush. It came back stiff patchy and reeking of bleach. The stain was gone. So was the fabric quality.
There was no shortage of people in Lahore willing to wash a sofa. What was missing entirely was anyone who could tell you what fiber your sofa was made from what pH their chemical solution carried or how much moisture they were about to inject into your foam. Nobody could tell you if it would dry with water rings. Nobody would still be reachable next week if something went wrong.
So we built the opposite and we built it in a specific order. Buy the machines first. Write the protocols second. Hire full time staff and train them in house third. Marketing came last which is why most of our early work came through neighbors in DHA and Model Town telling each other about a crew that showed up in uniform and charged exactly the number they quoted with zero surprises.
How we grew
Started with one imported Kärcher spray extraction unit and a service radius small enough to reach any customer within 20 minutes. Every job was run personally by the company founders who were learning extraction technique as they worked.
After two years of field data collection every fabric and surface type got a documented procedure including solution type pH temperature dwell time and drying method. New technicians stopped learning by watching and started learning from a training manual. This is when quality stabilized.
Splitting Lahore into DHA and Cantt zone Gulberg central zone and Bahria southern zone made a 60 minute arrival guarantee realistic instead of aspirational. It cut the cancellations that come with Lahore traffic and unpredictable weather delays.
Corporate offices call centres clinics medical practices and retail showrooms brought weekend and after hours scheduling requirements. A formal certification process the residential side now benefits from emerged to meet hygiene and compliance standards.

Our operating standards
Every technician is on our payroll police verified and trained by us through our in house programme. Nobody who has not completed our training and passed verification works unsupervised in any customer home.
Nothing is rented by the hour so nothing is rushed to get it returned. All equipment is serviced on a maintenance schedule and the complete inventory list is available to any customer who asks to review it.

A registered business entity with a physical customer service desk in Gulberg III Lahore. Visitors are welcome to call ahead and meet the team during working hours Monday to Friday.
Identity and background checks are completed before any technician is assigned to residential work. All technicians wear uniforms with photo identification that can be verified at the time of service.
Every solution we carry is biodegradable zero VOC and bleach free. Safety data sheets are available for each product in our inventory and can be reviewed on request before the service.
