Execution: Colour-fastness tested behind the skirt, then targeted enzymatic pre-spray with a 20-minute dwell. Soft-fibre rotary agitation at reduced pressure, heated low-moisture extraction, and pile grooming in one direction while damp.
Result: Complete stain elimination with no texture hardening and no crushed nap. The chemical crust left by the previous cleaner was also flushed out. Fully dry in 90 minutes.

Execution: Rotary floor buffing on the marble, acid-free tile descaling in three washrooms, razor-blade window scraping and full HEPA dust extraction through every room, run by four technicians working in parallel zones.

We publish job records because they are the only thing a customer can actually verify — the neighbourhood is real, the timings are real, and the waste-water photograph is the part that cannot be faked by better lighting.
