01Who we are and what this covers

Pak Cleaners Lahore (NTN 1234567-8), Office 12, 2nd Floor, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore 54660, is the data controller for the information described here. This policy covers information collected through this website, through WhatsApp and phone bookings, and during visits to your property.

It does not cover third-party websites we link to, including Google Maps and WhatsApp, each of which operates under its own privacy policy.

02What we collect

We collect only what a cleaning booking actually requires.

Information you give us

• Name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address where provided.
• Service address, neighbourhood and property size or item quantity.
• Preferred date and time slot, and any access instructions you send.
• Photographs of items, stains or rooms that you choose to send for a quote.
• Messages you exchange with our dispatch desk.

Information generated by the job

• Booking reference, scope of work, quoted and invoiced amounts, and payment method.
• Before-and-after photographs taken by the crew for quality control.
• Notes on fabric type, treatment used and any pre-existing damage observed.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited.
• Analytics data about how the site is used, in aggregate.

03Why we use it

Each category of data has a specific purpose:

• Contact details — to send quotes, confirm slots, tell you when the crew is on the way, and follow up on the 24-hour re-clean policy.
• Address and property details — to assign the correct dispatch hub, crew size and equipment.
• Photographs — to assess fabric and staining before quoting, and to document condition before and after work.
• Payment records — to issue receipts and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• Site analytics — to understand which pages help customers and which do not.

We rely on the performance of our contract with you for booking-related processing, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service for analytics and quality control. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in.

04Photographs of your home

Job photographs deserve their own section, because they are the most sensitive thing we hold.

• Photographs are taken for quality control and dispute resolution, and are framed on the item being cleaned rather than the room at large.
• We will never publish a photograph of your property, furniture or possessions in marketing, on social media or on this website without your explicit written permission for that specific image.
• Where you do give permission, we crop or exclude anything identifying — house numbers, family photographs, documents and people — unless you ask otherwise.
• You can ask us to delete your job photographs at any time and we will do so, except where an active complaint or insurance claim makes them necessary.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Our own crew — the assigned technicians see your name, address, phone number and job scope.
• Payment providers — card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and banking partners process transactions under their own terms.
• Professional advisers — accountants and, where a dispute arises, legal advisers.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

Because we employ our technicians directly rather than subcontracting, your details are not passed to third-party cleaning firms or lead-generation platforms.

06How long we keep it

• Quote enquiries that do not convert: 12 months, then deleted.
• Booking and job records: 3 years, to support warranty claims and repeat-service history.
• Invoices and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
• Job photographs: 12 months unless linked to an open complaint.
• Website analytics: 26 months in aggregate form.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
• Stop sending you marketing messages — this takes effect immediately.
• Restrict or object to particular processing.

08Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful, in aggregate and without identifying you personally.

Embedded content — the Google Map on our contact page, and WhatsApp links — may set its own cookies when you interact with it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable if you do, though the map may not load.

09Security

Access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it for their role, and crew devices are password-protected. Payment card details are never stored on our systems — they are handled entirely by our payment providers.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant authority promptly and tell you what to do about it.

10Children's data

Our services are booked by adults and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If a child's information reaches us — for example in a photograph you send — tell us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes are communicated to active customers directly.
