Questions about booking and payment
Under five minutes on WhatsApp during business hours, and usually closer to three. Requests sent after 10 PM are answered first thing the next morning. If a photo is attached, the quote we send is a fixed price rather than a range.
Yes. Mobile crews are stationed across three dispatch zones and we hold slots open each day for same-day calls. For genuine emergencies — a spill before guests arrive, a handover the next morning — call the landline rather than messaging, and we will tell you honestly what is available.
Fixed. The quote confirmed on WhatsApp is the amount on your receipt, with no travel, water, electricity or "difficult stain" surcharges. The only time a price changes is if you add items on the day, and that is quoted and agreed before any extra work starts.
Cash on completion, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card, and online bank transfer. Payment is taken after you have inspected the work, never before. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly.
